Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Seasonal Associates to join our team during the busy holiday season. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing excellent customer service. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Duties

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
  • Operate the till efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
  • Participate in stock management, including receiving deliveries and replenishing shelves as needed.
  • Support promotional activities and assist in setting up displays for seasonal events.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required during peak periods.
