: Digital Marketing Manager / Managing Director

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied workload, is data-driven, and has a genuine passion for digital marketing. You'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across email, paid media, PPC, and SEO channels.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing:

  • Create, manage, and optimise email campaigns (preferably using Mailchimp or similar platforms).
  • Segment audiences, build automated workflows, and report on campaign performance.

PPC Management:

  • Implement, optimise and monitor paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Manage budgets, analyse performance metrics, and make data-driven optimisations.

Paid Social Campaigns:

  • Set up and manage paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop targeting strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

SEO:

  • Assist in keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link-building initiatives.
  • Monitor organic performance and implement strategies to improve visibility.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g. Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs).
  • Familiarity with Canva or other creative design tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple conflicting projects.
  • A positive attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
