Overview

CAS Contract Cleaning Ltd are seeking a dynamic and results driven Area Cleaning Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing teams effectively. As an Area Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sites operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the area.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members to drive improvement.
  • Conduct regular site visits checking closes on a daily basis.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth
  • Liaise with senior management to report on progress, challenges, and opportunities within the area.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a cleaning environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with peers, employees and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools to drive decision-making processes.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Relevant qualifications in management or cleaning are advantageous but not essential.
