Bring your skills to the mix as an Associate Director in Civil Engineering, you'll play a vital role in every aspect of business development and civil engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialise in all aspects of civil engineering, within multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as Defence, Energy, Cities & Development and Water. We continue to provide industry-leading engineering solutions right through the project lifecycle, with value added through client-side support as well as construction phases. Your Purpose:

  • Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
  • Defining briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
  • Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Setting quality assurance standards in design.
  • Grow, develop and manage heavy civil engineering capability within the practice.

What you can bring:

  • Chartered Civil Engineer.
  • Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in external works design such as utilities, paved and unpaved surfaces, earthworks, access and accessibility, construction logistics, and experience with current UK design standards and working practices.
