Overview

We are looking for a Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, contributing to the overall hospitality experience we provide to our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist the kitchen staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food production and service.
  • Keep workstations clean and organised, adhering to health regulations at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, particularly in food preparation or line cooking roles, but is not necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork are crucial for success in this role.
