About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to build a career in marketing, brand promotion, and customer engagement. You will work closely with senior team members to support campaigns across events, residential outreach, and B2B marketing.This role offers hands-on experience, structured training, and opportunities to develop core marketing and communication skills. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.Assist with event set-up, on-site activities, and customer engagement.Help create, organise, and maintain marketing materials and brand assets.Conduct basic research to understand market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign opportunities.Represent the company and client brands professionally during live promotions.Assist with tracking campaign performance, collecting feedback, and reporting on results.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and events teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Provide general administrative support to the marketing department. Skills & QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Interest in marketing, branding, events, or customer-facing work.Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.No previous experience required, full training provided.
