Are you ready to take your marketing career to the next level? Gravitate Accounting is looking for a motivated and skilled Marketing Executive to join our team in Neepsend (Kelham Island), Sheffield.

Your Responsibilities

This role is designed to give you
exposure across all aspects of marketing

, with full support and on-the-job training provided. The focus is on learning, developing your skills, and gaining confidence while contributing to real campaigns and projects.

  • Contributing to the development and delivery of Gravitate's marketing strategy
  • Creating, drafting, and managing engaging content across multiple formats and channels
  • Scheduling, uploading, and overseeing social media content while monitoring engagement and growth
  • Helping to manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and in line with our brand
  • Reporting on campaign performance and analysing insights to inform improvements
  • Collaborating with freelancers and external partners to deliver content and campaigns
  • Understanding industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategies
  • Supporting budget management for campaigns and contributing to channel-level decision-making

What do we want to see from you? (Your skills)

  • Strong writing skills and creativity across multiple formats
  • Experience managing social media channels and scheduling content
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or email marketing principles (basics are fine)
  • Attention to detail, quality control and pride in producing high-quality work
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Eager to learn, develop your skills, and grow in responsibility
