Who we are
Findity is a tech provider fueling Europe's leading edge in expense management solutions We empower over 30,000 corporate entities and more than 350,000 employees to conquer their financial challenges with ease. Join us in revolutionizing how businesses thrive in the digital age
What we do
At Findity, we constantly strive to eliminate expense management for every individual and business so they can focus on what truly matters. Expense management is for many a must and not a want, that is why we partner with the leading software and financial institutes to eliminate the pain of dealing with expenses.
The role
As the Founding UK Partner Specialist, you'll work side-by-side with our UK Partner Account Manager and collaborate closely with the wider Existing Business team across the Nordics to drive impact from day one.
Following the sign-up of the Partner, the core objective of the Partner Success Specialist is to drive significant revenue growth by maximising product adoption, and therefore user growth, within our largest partners across the UK & Europe. This involves empowering partners to achieve their strategic business goals through the full utilisation of our solution. The key is to cultivate strong relationships, build product expertise, and serve as the primary product liaison within the Partner, particularly post-launch.
This role requires deep product knowledge, a solution-driven approach, and a keen understanding of the complex needs of large UK & European Financial Software and Technology companies. We aim to foster highly profitable, long-term partnerships that directly contribute to our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth on an international scale by ensuring widespread and effective product adoption.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with New Business: Work closely during pre-sign-off to propose tailored solutions that align with the business objectives, emphasising how product adoption will drive their revenue growth.
Work hand-in-hand with Partner Account Managers (PAM): in partnership with the PAM you'll have responsibility for growing the relationship to achieve business milestones, both for the Partner and for Findity.
Proactive Product Enhancement: Identify opportunities for product enhancements and initiatives that specifically address the needs of large-scale, international operations to facilitate broader and deeper product adoption.
Comprehensive Product Training: Provide ongoing, targeted product training to various Partner teams (sales, support, onboarding, product owners) with a focus on how effective product use translates to revenue growth.
Implement Enhancements for Adoption: Orchestrate the deployment of new features, integrations, and other product enhancements, tailored to the specific needs of the Partner.
Qualifications
Global Commercial Acumen: Maintain a strong results-oriented mindset focused on driving ARR growth and building profitable relationships, emphasising product adoption as a key driver of that growth.
Deep Product Knowledge: Possess an in-depth understanding of the ecosystem to inspire confidence, deliver tailored solutions, and demonstrate how adoption drives revenue growth.
Strategic Proactivity: Demonstrate a proven ability to initiate and drive strategic initiatives focused on maximising product adoption and taking ownership of projects that impact large, international opportunity.
Executive Communication: Exhibit exceptional communication & presentation skills to engage with C-level executives and international stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on product adoption strategies and resulting revenue outcomes.
