About the Role

As the Lead Software Engineer working with a team of Full Stack Software Engineers, you will oversee the strategic development and delivery of Java, React, and Python-based applications, ensuring their scalability, robustness, and performance. • Monitor and enhance metrics for quality, operational excellence, and agility.

Your Background

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience with Java, REACT, and Python, and expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Ideally you'll still be doing some hands on coding and want to continue doing this.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale, high-performance applications.
  • Familiarity with streaming/event-driven techniques and microservices architecture.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What's on Offer

  • A high-impact role with visibility and influence over software products' strategic direction.
  • Opportunities for professional development within a global, innovative organisation.
  • A collaborative, diverse, and inclusive work culture.
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and a strong benefits package.
