We're looking for an Operations Manager to help ensure the smooth running of our arts charity as we deliver a bold festivals programme and a wide range of artistic and consultancy projects throughout the year.

Overview

Art Reach is an inclusive arts and cultural charity dedicated to connecting cultures through extraordinary art. Based in Leicester, we commission bold, ambitious art and festivals that bring people together, build collaborative partnerships and deliver activities and authentic experiences that unify audiences and cultures.

The Operations Manager oversees all operational and office management at Art Reach, with a particular focus on reporting, grant monitoring, evaluation, HR, contracting, and board facilitation. This role ensures that all operational and financial administration is delivered effectively across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience of working in an arts organisation or charity.
  • Experience of preparing budgets and recording/monitoring of finances for management accounts
  • Experience of working with accounting software or keeping accounting records
  • Experience of grant monitoring and reporting to funders such as National Lottery Funders.
  • Experience in supporting the preparation of funding bids, including writing or preparing budgets.
  • A proven passion for and commitment to diversity in the workplace.
