Job descriptionJoin us to lead the design and delivery of low-code solutions for the Drivers Medical Group Re-Model Project. You'll use tools like Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Document Generation Utility, and the Power Platform to modernise and streamline casework processes. Working closely with teams across the organisation, you'll develop innovative and scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs.
This role sits within a people-focused environment that values collaboration, development, recognition, and support for everyone.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:
- Lead the development and implementation of low-code solutions that improve Drivers Medical casework processes, ensuring alignment with fitness-to-drive standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and delivery partners to gather and shape business requirements that support effective, user-focused solutions.
- Explore new capabilities within Dynamics and the Power Platform to identify opportunities for innovation and improved service delivery.
- Provide leadership to low-code development teams, promoting innovation, setting clear direction, and supporting successful project delivery.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of training and support, ensuring teams can confidently adopt new technologies and processes.

Person specificationTo be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:
- Strong understanding of Drivers Medical casework processes and fitness-to-drive standards.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams.
- Experience working with low-code platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Skilled in testing and validating technical solutions to ensure they meet business needs and deliver value.
- Knowledge of and commitment to following relevant policies, including Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Security protocols.
Additional Information
Working hours, office attendance and travel requirements
Full time roles consist of 37 hours per week.
Whilst we welcome applications from those looking to work with us on a part time basis, there is a business requirement for the successful candidate to be able to work at least 30 hours per week.
This role is suitable for hybrid working, and therefore a combination of workplace and home-based working can be accommodated subject to business requirements. Hybrid working is a non-contractual arrangement where employees have the flexibility to work remotely combined with a minimum of 60% of their working time a month at either their principal workplace (one of the locations cited in the advert) or, when required for business reasons, visiting stakeholders and colleagues, or carrying out detached duty in another VCA workplace. There may be occasions where you are required to attend above the minimum expectation.

At sift, you will be assessed against the following Success Profile elements:

The sift will take place week commencing 27/10/2025.

Pre-employment Checking
