What will you do as HRIS Analyst?

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the HR function and wider business to identify business objectives, shape reporting needs and deliver forward-looking workforce analytics
  • Design, enhance and monitor Workday reporting capabilities ensuring data quality and alignment with the firm's reporting framework.
  • Convert employee data into concise, senior-level insights through compelling data storytelling and visualisations using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Own the delivery of Business As Usual reporting, analytics, and dashboards, ensuring consistent accuracy and timely execution.
  • Provide responsive ad hoc reporting and analytics to support People initiatives, external surveys, audits, and client-facing requests.

What will you require as HRIS Analyst?

  • 3+ years' experience
    in people analytics with strong knowledge of HR systems and processes.
  • Advanced Excel, Workday reporting (essential), and Power BI
    skills; exposure to
    Workday Prism, SQL, or Power Automate
    is highly desirable.
  • Highly analytical and detail-focused
    , with a strong emphasis on data quality and governance.
  • Organised, commercially minded
    , and able to manage priorities independently.
  • Strong communicator
    , able to turn complex data into clear and compelling insights for stakeholders.
