We're entering a new chapter at our hotel in Stoke Fleming, with the launch of our beautifully refurbished restaurant and an ambitious culinary vision to match. We're looking for a talented Sous Chef who's ready to grow with us at this exciting time.

As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef, Jordan Bartholomew in shaping menus, leading the kitchen team, and delivering a consistently high standard of food. This role is ideal for an experienced chef who enjoys a hands-on approach, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is ready to bring ideas to the table.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the team
  • Help develop and deliver seasonal menus
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen

What We're Looking For

  • Experience at Junior Sous/Sous level or CDP looking to step up to Junior Sous
  • A passion for fresh, thoughtful cooking
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A calm, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
