The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent Transport Manager to oversee our transport operations and compliance across five Operator License's. This is a key role within our business, ensuring that all transport activities are carried out efficiently, legally, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage compliance with all Operator License requirements (x5).
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant transport legislation and regulations.
  • Manage and monitor driver compliance, tachographs, maintenance schedules, and vehicle records.
  • Liaise with DVSA and other relevant authorities when required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to drivers and operational staff.
  • Continuously improve operational processes and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) in Transport Management – Essential.
  • Proven experience managing multiple Operator License's.
  • Strong knowledge of transport legislation and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • References required.
  • Immediate start available.
