CMAV Program Manager/Assistant
Work Location: Naval Station Norfolk
Active Secret Security clearance required
Tasks:
• Develop CMAV oversight program
• Conduct analysis of CM availabilities to ensure compliance with 6 week CMAV
guidance
• Assess Milestones for ability to be successful in planning CM avails
• Conduct analysis of OTC for CM avails
• Data analytics
• Must have a min 10-15 years' experience in naval operations with US Navy ship maintenance knowledge
• Must have a min 5 years supervising or leading teams
• Must be proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Must possess ability to function and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess exceptionally strong communication and analytical skills, be a self-starter, and detail oriented, work well with a team, interacts with multiple levels and functional areas and able to build and manage customer relationships
