Role Description

As a Private Equity Investment Associate, you will be an integral member of the investment team, contributing to all aspects of the investment process—from deal sourcing and due diligence to portfolio management and value creation. This role combines analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and financial acumen to identify high-potential investment opportunities and drive superior returns for investors. You will work closely with senior professionals to evaluate target companies, develop financial models, and support transaction execution across a diverse range of industries.

Your primary responsibilities include conducting detailed financial and operational analyses of potential investments, performing market research to assess competitive landscapes, and assisting in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. You will be actively involved in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning to assess business performance, growth potential, and exit strategies. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis).
• Proficiency with analytical tools and financial databases such as Excel, Capital IQ, and Bloomberg.
• Solid knowledge of private equity structures, investment processes, and deal lifecycle.
