Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Group Account Manager to join our team. As a Group Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with allocated client-base to foster loyal clients.
  • Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts client-base to up-sell and cross-sell our services
  • Attend networking events and meetings in order to build client-base.
  • Attend site to review scope of works to provide costings.
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients
  • Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
  • Liaise with Operations Manager for information regarding daily operations of the Company and keep the Client updated establish budgets with the client and company
  • The organisation of client feedback
  • Keep CRM updated with client activity
  • Generating accurate reports and status notifications
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably requested

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce management and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £36,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
