Senior Marketing Manager, Enterprise

Stream was founded with the mission to provide fair financial tools to the everyday worker. Offered through destination employers like Greene King, Bupa, Burger King, Asda and the NHS, our award-winning platform helps over three million people to earn, learn, save, spend and borrow on their own terms, all in one smartphone app.
Stream is unique: VC backed and growing at scale, but with a social conscience. Some of the world's leading impact funds were our founding investors, and we operate on a social charter, which means every product and service we create must measurably improve financial wellbeing.
You'd be joining a team of over 200 passionate, ambitious people across Europe and the USA, building a category-defining product, and united by that same mission.
The Opportunity:
Here at Stream we're growing quickly. To further accelerate our growth we need a talented Enterprise Marketing Manager who can't wait to build Stream's 1st Enterprise Marketing plan from scratch.
We're after a hands on builder, who can't wait to see new meetings being set, pipeline being generated and contracts being signed as a result. You're not energised by pages of beautifully designed ppt charts, but instead thrives by working hand in hand with the sales team to build an engagement strategy into different enterprise segments. This is your gig - it's not designed for you, no one has done it before. And with the traction we're getting in the market and the opportunity in front of us, it's a genuinely unique Enterprise Marketing opportunity that will have a direct impact on the growth of the overall business.
What will you be doing?
Strategy & Planning:
- Work with data and sales insights to identify the key enterprise segments to focus on
- Establish the messaging per segment, crystallising our value proposition so we stand out in front of the customer
- Build relationships with customers directly to understand their challenges and sound board ideas and plans
- Where needed, develop a one-to-many ABM strategy for our target high value clients and segments.
- Create a campaign strategy to each segment by working closely with sales, product marketing, performance marketing, social media and create & design
- Build 3rd party relationships to design campaigns that meet our Enterprise objectives
Campaign Execution:
- Execute multi-channel campaigns, including but not limited to direct marketing, 3rd party programmes, events & webinars, digital and social, as well as any new content requirements
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure full engagement of their accounts and comprehensive campaign follow up
Measurement & Optimisation:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Enterprise Marketing overall and all campaigns, such as demo requests, attributed pipeline (sourced and influenced), total pipeline, deal velocity and ROI.
- Utilise marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) to track, report on and analyse campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimise campaigns to improve performance and maximise results.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for the UK Enterprise sales team, providing them with the necessary tools, content and insights to engage target accounts effectively.
- Regularly communicate campaign performance and insights to sales and leadership.
- Foster a strong, collaborative partnership with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and a seamless account experience.
What experience might you have? (But if you're close… we'd still love to talk to you)
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, with at least 5 years of direct experience in a Enterprise marketing position.
- Expertise in being both strategic (identifying segments, messaging and planning campaigns) and hands on in equal balance
- Proficient in creating integrated, multi-tactic campaigns
- Strong experience and appetite for working with sales at seller, manager and executive level
- Experience in building successful 1-2-many ABM campaigns in Enterprise
- Aptitude to build strong relationships across different roles within the marketing team to create and execute your Enterprise Marketing strategy
- Expertise in using Hubspot is preferred
- Experience in both a 'building' and 'scaling' marketing team is desirable
- Driven by a desire to push the creative limits to open up new conversations with new customers
