We are currently seeking a Junior Chef de Rang to join our team at Kyubi, our renowned Japanese restaurant. Successful candidates will join a passionate, dynamic, and professional team delivering outstanding service and exceptional dining experiences to our members and their guests.  

In a nutshell: 

  • Run a station during the lunch and dinner operation of the restaurant
  • To ensure that the restaurant is
    clean and presentable throughout the opening times of the Club
  • To provide support and
    assistance to all new commis waiter/ess following the
    department SOP's
  • Anticipate guest needs,
    ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and
    appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Properly and accurately
    close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments
