Job Summary

An exciting opportunity to join a long-established Crane and Plant Hire Company operating from a depot network throughout the South of England.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a dynamic workplace environment.

Responsibilities

General Administration, including:

· Receive and book hires via telephone and email

· Respond to email enquiries

· Assist with scheduling

· Open & close hire contracts using IT software

Skills

· An enthusiastic team player, as well as being able to work independently and show initiative

· Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills

· Benefits from good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Willingness to learn

· Confidence in making outgoing phone calls to clients and suppliers
