We are looking for a Personal Assistant that is:

• Empathetic and caring, with a genuine passion for professional delivery and wanting to make a positive impact on the life of someone who requires support in their home
• An excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and clearly understand and undertake a care plan and communicate well with the surrounding team
• A professional person with experience as a carer/personal assistant or the ability and desire to learn the role
• Excited about working with people with a desire to go above and beyond
• Organised and happy managing diaries
• A confident driver

What we need from you

• Due to high demand, we require all our carers to complete our screening process including:

• An initial call with Leila our registered manager

• . Provide a short video to enable the client to shortlist (person centred)

• Attend a meet and greet with the client

• Ability to complete the HLG Complex Care Ltd training and onboarding process

• The right to work in the UK with no sponsorship needs

• A clear, enhanced DBS and references. If you do not have a DBS we can run one for you free of charge.
• A desire to continually improve as a PA/carer, completing a 1 on 1 session with our in-house clinical lead nurse regularly

• The client's home and community

• 12 hour Day shift
• 12 Hour night shift
• Weekdays and Weekends
