We're looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who can lead our team, elevate our guest experience, and keep everything flowing smoothly at The Old Original Bakewell Pudding Shop.

We are keen to bring the right person in to our ever growing team that truly understands what hospitality means. The right candidate will create an environment for our FOH team to thrive and enjoy their role.

Your Role

  • Lead, motivate, and support our FOH team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across both the restaurant and courtyard Café.
  • Drive sales, manage guest expectations and deliver excellent service.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and day to day running.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of service.
  • Innovate Bring fresh ideas, seasonal concepts, and ways to wow our customers.
  • Assist in effective rota planning and staff upkeep.
  • Maintain and build moral with the FOH team around you.

Skills Require

  • Experience in F&B management within Cafes, restaurants, or similar environments.
  • A knack for leading teams with positivity, confidence, and humour.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A head for numbers and a heart for hospitality.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Passion for delivering great service and raising standards.
