About the Role

Talentee is proud to be partnering with
Livelykicks Football
, an established and growing coaching organisation dedicated to developing young players both on and off the pitch.

We're now looking for committed and enthusiastic
Football Coaches
to lead teams competing in the
Junior Premier League (Saturdays)
or the
Watford Friendly League (Sundays)
, as well as deliver weekly training sessions during the week.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about youth football who wants to coach in a structured, supportive environment with clear development pathways.

About Livelykicks

Livelykicks provides professional coaching for children aged
3 to 13
, combining technical development, physical fitness, and confidence-building in a fun and engaging setting. Our focus is on nurturing players through a positive, professional coaching culture where enjoyment and improvement go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and manage a youth team in either the Junior Premier League or Watford Friendly League
  • Deliver structured training sessions during the week
  • Create engaging and progressive session plans aligned with player development goals
  • Provide a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all players
  • Communicate effectively with parents, players, and other coaches
  • Uphold Livelykicks' standards of professionalism, teamwork, and respect

Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience working with children or youth football teams
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications (or willingness to complete)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills

Desirable:

  • Experience coaching in the JPL, Watford Friendly League, or other competitive youth leagues
  • Minimum FA Level 1 (Introduction to Coaching Football) or equivalent qualification
  • Understanding of player development within grassroots football
