  • Work closely with site teams, project managers, and housing association representatives.
  • Support vulnerable or elderly residents to ensure their needs are met during project delivery.
  • Handle tenant queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Conduct pre-visit, progress, and post-completion checks to ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and project progress.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by reporting trends or recurring issues to management.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Tenant Liaison Officer, Resident Engagement, or Customer Service role (essential).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a calm and understanding approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency measures, retrofit works, or social housing projects (desirable but not essential).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required).

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Company vehicle or mileage allowance (subject to preference)
  • Health and wellbeing package
  • Pension scheme and employee benefits
  • Full training and ongoing development
  • Opportunity to make a real difference to people's homes and lives
