Freight Support and Compliance Executive - Senior
to join our team here in
Ashford
on apermanent basis.

This is an opportunity to work as part of the Freight Sales Team helping to ensure that freight customers are onboarded smoothly, pricing and contracts are accurately managed, and freight systems and data are maintained to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have a proven record in customer service delivery, process application and collaborative working. The role is based our Ashford office, is office based 8:30 am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Ensure accurate onboarding and compliance checks for all freight customers.
  • Ensure compliance through credit checks, contract management, and audit support.
  • Maintain accurate freight data and pricing across all systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Monitor and apply business processes to support operational efficiency and compliance.

The ideal candidate will

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Have proven experience in applying and monitoring compliance processes.
  • Be confident working across systems and managing freight pricing.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
  • Show initiative in improving processes and supporting team development.

Desirable

  • Experience in Freight industry

Location – Ashford. This role operates Monday to Friday.
