Job Description:

About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing MS Teams Voice and Cisco Call Manager infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in provisioning users and devices, along with the capability to configure Cisco LAN switches to optimize IP Telephony (IPT) services. A solid understanding of IP networking principles, including addressing and routing, is essential to effectively support and maintain a robust voice communication infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and maintaining Cisco LAN switches to support IPT services effectively.
  • Implementing and troubleshooting IP network configurations to support voice solutions.
  • Managing provisioning and support for MS Teams Phone Service and Cisco Call Manager infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting SIP and SBC configurations to resolve complex voice communication issues.
  • Handling legacy telephony circuit types and coordinating telco-related processes and number assignments.
  • Administering service requests and incidents efficiently in ServiceNow.
  • Collaborating with telecom and network suppliers to manage delivery timelines and ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Maintaining and supporting call recording solutions to meet organizational compliance standards.
    Contributing to continuous process improvements and technical documentation to enhance operational effectiveness.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Cisco CCNP Collaboration
  • Microsoft Certified Teams Voice / Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer
    ITIL Foundation Certification

Experience: 8-10 Years .
