Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturing business based in Edinburgh to appoint a Marketing Manager on a 10 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the marketing function of a well-established organisation, driving both day-to-day activity and long-term strategic initiatives.

As Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the company's marketing strategy and execution, working closely with senior stakeholders and a small team to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns. You'll be responsible for brand management, lead generation, internal communications, and promotional activity, all while managing the marketing budget and supporting business growth.

  • Lead and manage all marketing activity across the business
  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy aligned to company objectives
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales
  • Oversee brand management and corporate identity
  • Create engaging marketing collateral to support growth
  • Drive lead generation and measure campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain strong internal communications across departments
  • Manage and develop the marketing team

We're looking for a commercially minded, creative and confident marketing professional with:

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing leadership role
  • Strong track record in delivering B2B and/or B2C multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience managing and developing a team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
