Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in marketing and technical expertise to lead and execute a range of innovative client projects. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with data and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate will combine project management proficiency with a deep understanding of on and offline marketing principles and technical processes to drive impactful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects related to data and marketing technology integrations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Track project milestones, identify risks, and take proactive measures to resolve issues and keep the project on schedule.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:

• Collaborate with data and development teams to plan, execute, and optimise delivery of activities for new and existing clients.

Technical Coordination:

• Work closely with the data and development teams to ensure that technical requirements for platforms, tools, or campaigns are met.
• Oversee integrations and optimisations, ensuring smooth implementation across various systems.
• Be the bridge between client and internal teams, translating marketing needs into technical specifications and solutions.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate project status, risks, and successes to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management with a focus on marketing and technical projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering cross-functional projects, especially in marketing and technology.
• Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Adobe suite, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Strong technical background or experience in working closely with IT teams or software development projects.

Skills:

• Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ) and marketing software.
