Crew Member – Wonderland Play Soft Play Centre Exeter

We are on the hunt for enthusiastic, positive and hard-working people to join our team to provide our customers with an exciting, fun indoor activity.

With part-time contracts on offer we have a number of shifts available on our Reception and Café for people to join us. Our busiest times are weekends, bank holidays, during the school holidays and after school hours so availability across these peak periods is essential.

We are currently looking to fill the following roles:

Role 1: Every weekend and school holidays

Role 2: Weekday shifts with occasional weekends plus school holidays

The role at-a-glance:

You will ensure customers have the best possible experience in a safe manner. You will work in and provide the best possible service in all areas of the centre, including Front of House, the Soft Play area and in our Café.

You'll receive the training needed; this may include coaching, first aid training, food safety training, barista training.

We are searching for candidates who:

· Enjoy, interact and communicate with customers clearly and effectively. Love to be heard in a loud environment and can speak in front of groups.

· Are confident and enjoy being in control of a group of people and happy to engage with children and adults in a positive manner.

· Can confidently handle and resolve people related safety issues quickly.

· Are happy working with money and in a food / beverage environment.

· Are good at organising yourself and others.
