We are currently looking to recruit a receptionist with ( Dental Nursing skills an advantage but not a requirement) to join our friendly team.
Simply Smile Station House is looking for a receptionist to join our well established, family friendly private dental practice based in Stalham. We are a welcoming practice with a lovely team of Dentists, Hygienists, Nurses and Reception staff.
We can offer ongoing support and genuine job satisfaction as part of a dynamic, patient focused team.
Your responsibilities will include
- Welcome patients into the practice
Making appointments either on the telephone or in person
Telephoning to confirm appointments
Scan patient files and letters
Offer advice to patients if applicable
Ensure patients fill in the appropriate forms as and when required
Keep the reception area clean, tidy and presentable
Follow emergency procedures if deemed necessary
Post all relevant letters
Personal Qualities: The receptionist needs to be of a confident, caring and positive nature, be diplomatic when dealing with patients and be able to work well under pressure. They need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
We are looking for an individual who is:
· Ideally Qualified and GDC registered (not essential).
· Reliable and trustworthy with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
· Organised with the ability to multitask.
· Friendly and helpful, who works well as part of a team and strives to provide the best care to our patients.
· Must have excellent communication skills.
· Knowledge of Software of Excellence preferred but not essential as training will be given.
