We're a company of people who forge our own path and aim to leave the world better than we found it. We believe that what makes us different makes us stronger. So add your voice. Make an impact. Find your fit — and your future.
About the Job
As Corporate Affairs Manager, Europe, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Corporate Affairs Director across both internal and external communications. This includes leading community affairs, driving employee engagement across the European cluster, managing agency partners, and supporting strategic corporate projects that bring Levi's brand purpose and culture to life — while shaping the company's reputation across Europe.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners, acting as a trusted communications advisor and hands-on project driver. This is a dynamic role for a high-performing communications professional who wants to make a meaningful impact and shape how Levi's shows up to employees, communities, and external audiences across Europe. It's a career-building opportunity at the intersection of culture, purpose, and reputation — within one of the world's most iconic and values-driven companies.
The role is based in London or Brussels, with a pan-European remit.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications
Deliver engaging internal communications campaigns and initiatives that foster employee connection and culture.
Lead content creation, briefings, and logistics for key internal events and moments, including quarterly Town Halls, biweekly leader Q&As (EU & Me), and all-employee updates.
Write and coordinate the Daily News Briefing, LS&Co.'s internal daily media summary circulated across the global business.
Collaborate with HR and business partners to support change communications, milestone moments, and internal storytelling.
Community Affairs
Lead planning and delivery of LS&Co.'s Community Day across Europe with local ambassadors — owning logistics, content, toolkits, storytelling, and impact measurement.
Partner with country teams and the global community affairs function to activate volunteering and purpose-led campaigns.
Identify and manage community partnerships that support Levi's regional social impact strategy.
Support internal storytelling and executive engagement around Levi Strauss Foundation and community initiatives.
External Communications
Manage day-to-day operations with European corporate communications agency, ensuring consistent and aligned execution of the European media strategy.
Build relationships with key European media across the cluster.
Draft and edit press releases, Q&As, executive talking points, and media statements.
Manage the content strategy and drafting for the Managing Director Europe's LinkedIn presence, building thought leadership and executive visibility.
Assist with crisis preparedness and response in partnership with the Director and agency partners.
About You
5–7 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, PR, or related fields.
Strong writing and editing skills, with confidence in creating content for internal audiences, senior leaders, and media.
Experience working across multiple European markets, with a preference for experience outside the UK.
Experience working with journalists and European media.
Proven ability to manage external agencies and communication projects.
Skilled in project management with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Collaborative, energetic, and solutions-oriented.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and fluent in one other European language — French and/or German highly desirable.
Passion for working in a purpose-led, values-driven business.
This is a hybrid position based in our Central London or Brussels, Belgium office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is £51,800 - £69,100 per year.
