About the role

You'll coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and enrolment process for new apprentices, ensuring every learner is eligible, fully compliant and ready to begin their training.

  • Provide clear, professional communication to learners, employers and internal colleagues throughout the process

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating processes, solving problems and working collaboratively across teams, ensuring that every learner's start is efficient, accurate and positive.

About you

You'll bring:

  • Experience within an apprenticeship, training or compliance administration environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • A proactive, organised and methodical approach to managing caseloads
  • Confidence using MIS or CRM systems
  • A genuine interest in supporting learners and improving their experience
