Hiring Customer Support Specialist
A Brian Oak, we are looking for an empathetic and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to become the voice of our product and the hero for our users. You would not just be answering queries, you will be a critical part of our team, shaping the customer experience and directly impacting our growth.
What You Will Do:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient support via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues with patience and a problem-solving mind set.
- Go above and beyond to turn a frustrated user into a loyal fan.
- Coordinate with the internal team warehouse for resolution of customer queries.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing support role.
- A natural problem-solver who loves digging deep to find the root cause of an issue.
- Excellent, clear, and compassionate written communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Ability to boom in a fast-paced environment and manage your time effectively.
