Based in our state-of-the-art, co-located facility in Enfield Town, you'll work alongside Children's Services and Community Safety colleagues as part of a diverse, innovative workforce dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support and information to victims of youth crime in accordance with the Victims' Code of Practice (VCOP).

Support the development of community-based interventions and projects that strengthen community safety and cohesion.
Work collaboratively within a multi-agency environment, contributing to assessments, planning, and reviews to ensure coordinated support.
Represent the Youth Justice Service at relevant meetings, forums, and partnership events.
Demonstrate professional curiosity and sensitivity when engaging with victims, ensuring all practice aligns with safeguarding principles and trauma-informed care.
Contribute to service development by sharing learning, identifying gaps, and supporting innovation in victim services delivery.

Demonstrated ability to engage, supervise, and motivate young people to achieve positive behavioural change.
Skilled in handling sensitive and traumatic cases, conducting interviews, and preparing professional reports.
Experience of multi-agency partnership working, demonstrating collaboration and shared accountability.
