The Role:

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our friendly team. This is a front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and professional welcome. The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, making it ideal for someone looking for flexibility while working in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients warmly and provide excellent front-of-house service
  • Manage appointment bookings, telephone enquiries, and emails
  • Support clinicians with diary management and patient flow
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Handle patient queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure reception and waiting areas are always clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Assist with general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience (healthcare/dental/medical background desirable but not essential)
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, reliable, and well-presented
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressureTeam player with a positive and proactive attitude

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay: £12.00 – £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
