Cera is currently hiring Support Workers to join our team in Portland. In this role, you'll play a vital part in improving the lives of vulnerable individuals by providing care and support tailored to their needs. You'll be working with people who may have learning disabilities, complex needs, or mental health conditions.

What the role involves:
- Waking nights carers needed only
- We welcome applications from both drivers and non-drivers.
- You'll have the chance to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care through work-based learning, with opportunities for further career progression.

We're looking for people who can help individuals live independently in their own homes while promoting a safe, healthy, and secure environment. What matters most is your personalityundefinedbeing friendly, patient, and able to build meaningful relationships. You'll support people with daily living tasks, and may even accompany them on holidays or social outings. You'll also help them build their own social networks and stay connected with family and friends.
Some of the people you'll support live in supported living homes and are capable of leading independent lives. Your role will help them maintain that independence and live life to the fullest. Personal care may be part of the role.
