The business is located in Oldbury, on a purpose built site that incorporated the label manufacturing facility, warehousing and the grouos head office with 30 employees. Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Oldbury for an Inside Sales Associate. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, managing accounts, and providing excellent customer service. This dynamic role involves a strong focus on prospecting for new business, working closely with existing customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and the ability to effectively promote products and close deals.
  • Ability to work to call targets and maintain call logs daily.
  • Strong aptitude for Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify opportunities and build long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and tools is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
