THE ROLE
As a Deputy manager, you will work at the core of our operations. Your goal is to drive the store as the right hand of the store manager, activating and promoting sales in our store in close cooperation with the team. As a Deputy manager you lead with positivity and passion and manage the store and daily tasks ensuring clear goal setting and timely execution on both sales and tasks. You are ready to work for common success, and you are dedicated to the team's goals. Together with the team, you will design and update the store's appearance according to the seasons and trends ensuring that our customers will always find an inspiring ONLY store which is fit for purpose for selling across all seasons.

What It Takes
Experienced customer service professional, experience in the fashion industry is a plus

• A team player, with a winner mentality who takes ownership for the store and team
• A retail background with proven management experience
• Passion to create positive results for the team.
• Excellent communication, and enjoy building a connection with both your colleagues and customers
• Passion for our products & ONLY brand
• Ambitions and results orientated individual who wants to develop and constantly improve
