We're a warm, friendly, and growing care team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and/or physical disabilities in Halton. As a Casual Support Worker, you'll step in when needed — giving people the care, independence, and dignity they deserve.
What You'll Do
- Be a friendly, trusted face — providing personal care, emotional support, and practical help
- Help with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, shopping, and outings
- Encourage independence, fun, and social connections
- Be part of someone's good day — every single day you work
We're Looking For
- Kind, reliable, down-to-earth people
- Good communicators and active listeners
- Willingness to learn (no experience required — full training provided)
- A DBS check (we can help you get this)
