IKEA Sheffield are looking to welcome Customer Order Pickers to join our amazing Fulfilment Team.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Start Date of employment will be: 15th November 2025
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour & £13.45 from January 2025
- 16 hours per week working 3 days per week 3 out of 4 weekends. The operational hours are 6am until 6pm so we are looking for applicants who who are available to work between these hours.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, all you will need is the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
- You are comfortable using computers and handheld devices to support with the checking and handing out of stock or to answer customer questions.
- Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
- You have an adaptable mindset allowing you to switch between different tasks/areas and work within tight timeframes.
- You proactively look for tasks to be done and use your initiative to complete them in an efficient and effective manner.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- You pick orders for both our customers and our delivery team including handing goods out and processing uncollected orders.
- Working in a customer-facing environment, which means you will be happy to deliver great customer service.
- You will be required to manually handle all of our products ranging from LACK Coffee Tables to PAX Wardrobes.
- Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
