We're supporting a leading business in the real estate / flexible workspace sector as they embark on an exciting brand transformation project.

This 9-month fixed-term contract is a critical strategic role, driving a major rebrand and transformation programme across the organisation.

This is a perfect opportunity for a transformation leader/ project manager with a background in project and change management.

You'll work closely with the CRO — a senior leader with deep experience in brand transformation and marketing — to deliver a programme that reshapes how the business presents itself to the market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of a group-wide brand transformation programme.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction, ensuring the rebrand aligns with commercial objectives.
  • Build and manage a clear project roadmap, ensuring key milestones are met across marketing, commercial, operations, and external partners.
  • Act as the central point of coordination across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, pace, and accountability.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to the CRO and Exec team.
  • Support cultural and operational changes needed to embed the new brand identity across the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience leading complex transformation or rebrand projects end-to-end.
  • Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive delivery.
  • Commercial mindset, able to align brand strategy with business goals.
  • Immediately available or available at short notice.
  • Real estate or flexible workspace experience is essential.
