Community Healthcare Support Worker

Working within a team(s) you will provide care to patients and support to their carers within a home/community setting.Dundee Community Nursing Service is in the implementation phase of Transforming District Nursing and it is anticipated that this will bring significant opportunities for career pathways in the future.
