Job Overview

The post holder will work as an integral part of the acute in-patient team.

The post holder will be responsible for the coordination of all patient facilities/services in the in-patient area and for ensuring a safe and comfortable in-patient environment. The main element of the role is to support the ward manager in the unit with other specified tasks to meet individual patient needs determined by the ward manager.

The post holder will be required to work closely with contractors and support services department. The post holder will monitor quality standards and rectify deficiencies in liaison with ward manager.

Main duties of the job
You will need to be passionate and enthusiastic about patient care putting patients at the heart of everything you do. You will be working in a multi-professional team and ensuring a clean, safe and supportive environment for the whole team of staff and patients.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
