We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our dedicated and professional Quality team in East Kilbride.

Mentholatum is a leading manufacturer of consumer healthcare products based in East Kilbride, Scotland. Part of a global healthcare organisation, we manufacture and sell a range of OTC, medical devices and cosmetics products across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. The company manufactures and sells Deep Heat – the UK's number 1 heat brand - and has a broad portfolio of products across different market sectors.

Here are some of the key duties and responsibilities.

·Manage and maintain the GMP-compliant QMS, including deviation management, CAPA, change control, validation and internal auditing.

· Act as the primary regulatory contact with MHRA and DMRC for inspections, compliance responses, and other MIA matters.

· Coordinate preparation for MHRA inspections and ensure prompt closure of any post-inspection actions.

· Oversee product quality review (PQR) completion and ensure continuous improvement opportunities are identified and executed.

· Train, mentor, and support QA personnel in quality and GMP processes.

·Support the Director of Quality and QP with data integrity, compliance initiatives, and site governance activities.

Skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications required.

·Degree in Science, Engineering or Regulatory discipline.

·Desirable: Experience of being named on a manufacturer's authorisation or similar licence.

·5 years' experience in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.

·Demonstrated knowledge of MHRA and EU GMP requirements.
