We're seeking experienced Power Systems Engineers to join our team delivering next-generation EMS, ADMS, and SCADA solutions that keep grids stable, efficient, and future-ready.

Roles Available:

  • PSA Engineer – Network/Transmission
    : Design, develop, and integrate EMS solutions for utilities, ISOs, and TSOs.
  • PSA Engineer – Distribution/ADMS
    : Support and enhance ADMS, SCADA, DMS, and OMS systems for smarter, safer grids.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, customise, and optimise Power Systems applications.
  • Manage full project lifecycle: specification → design → coding → testing → integration.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain high-performing EMS/ADMS/SCADA platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure reliability, compliance, and scalability.
  • Implement best practices for replication, monitoring, and disaster recovery (ADMS roles).

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years in EMS/ADMS/SCADA development or support.
  • Hands-on coding experience (C++, Java, or similar) for PSA roles.
  • Knowledge of utility operations, transmission/distribution systems, and industry standards.
  • Experience with EMS/ADMS/SCADA platforms and system integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for resilient, mission-critical software.
