The Role As a Senior Power Systems Engineer, you'll tackle some of the most stimulating engineering projects worldwide. Your role will involve: Designing medium/high voltage power systems using industry-recognized software for analysis and validation. Drafting technical reports and mentoring junior team members. Driving improvements in project delivery methods. Managing the delivery of small to medium projects through your passion for accurate and innovative power systems design. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed engineering designs, calculations, and specifications using relevant technical software. Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, drawings, schematics, and other design documents across different stages of project lifecycles. Model complex networks and perform steady state studies (load-flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, arc flash), dynamic/transient simulation, and harmonic analysis to validate and verify developed design. Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior colleagues. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, vendors, and clients in a professional manner within a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment. Participate and lead (where required) client and project meetings. Identify and develop improvements in project delivery methodologies.
