Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sandwich Maker to join our vibrant food service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and other food items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. Duties

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches, salads, and side dishes according to company recipes and customer preferences
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
• Serve customers efficiently, taking orders accurately and providing excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and work surfaces
• Upsell additional items to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly demeanour
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order completion
• Follow all health and safety procedures diligently to create a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous
• Experience in kitchen operations is beneficial
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Pay: £15,262.50-£16,000.00 per year
