We have a Newly Qualified Social Worker vacacy within the North Mental Health Team here in Worcestershire, which we would like to share with you

Our leadership team is committed and passionate about developing excellent practice and ensuring that our Newly Qualified Social Workers receive the best support that they can offer including:
- A designated Advanced Social Work Practitioner who will co-work cases with you as well as give individual reflective supervision sessions. Protected development time – 10% of your week is given over to protected development time, as well as half day learning sessions.

Disclosure Barring Service (DBS)
This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
