Join PrimeFlight as an Airport Baggage Handler / Ramp Agent and play a key role in the safe, efficient turnaround of aircraft at Manchester Airport. This is a fast-paced, physical, hands-on role working outdoors in all weather conditions. You will handle baggage, support aircraft arrivals and departures, operate ground service equipment, and work closely with other airport teams to keep operations running smoothly.

No two days are the same, and you will be part of a supportive, collaborative team that is central to the airport's performance. This is an excellent entry point into the aviation industry with full training and genuine opportunities for development.

Requirements
Essential:
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and a proactive attitude
  • Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, bending, and manual handling
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern (5 on / 3 off)
Desirable:
  • Previous airport, logistics, warehouse, or ramp experience
  • Experience operating Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
  • Pushback, headset, or Hi-Lo training (not essential – full training provided)
