Role Summary

The Regional Manager, Revenue Associates will lead the strategic deployment, development, and performance of Revenue Associates across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for driving commercial impact through a standardized operating model, ensuring associates are effectively supporting revenue origination, sales execution, and client retention activities. The Regional Manager will serve as both a performance leader and talent developer, accountable for delivering measurable revenue outcomes while building the next generation of commercial leaders for the organization.

Position Summary

The Regional Manager, Revenue Associates will play a critical leadership role in developing and executing the EMEA strategy for the newly established Revenue Associate function. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of Revenue Associates who support frontline Account Managers in driving revenue growth, lead generation, customer engagement, and retention. The Regional Manager will ensure consistent execution against global frameworks while tailoring programs to meet regional commercial priorities and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the EMEA Revenue Associate team with a clear vision centered on commercial impact, talent development, and operational excellence.

  • Implement the global Revenue Associate framework regionally, adapting to local market needs and regulatory environments while ensuring consistency with global standards.

  • Partner with senior commercial leaders to align Associate deployment with business objectives and revenue growth opportunities across priority segments.

Team Management & Talent Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse team of early-career commercial talent including summer interns; create a high-performance culture with clear expectations and accountability.

  • Implement a structured career pathway, including training, mentorship, and rotational assignments that prepare Associates for quota-bearing roles across the commercial organization.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and skill assessments to accelerate development and readiness for promotion.

Revenue Enablement & Execution

  • Drive measurable commercial outcomes through pipeline generation, lead conversion, campaign execution, and revenue support functions delivered by the Associate team.

  • Ensure rigorous tracking and reporting on associate contributions to key metrics such as pipeline creation, conversion rates, renewal support, and upsell opportunities.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales Specialists, Sales Operations, HR, and Learning & Development teams to ensure engagement model success and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Serve as the regional voice in global forums, ensuring EMEA needs and market trends are represented in program evolution and strategic planning.

  • Facilitate communication between Associate cohorts and leadership to promote transparency, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 8+ years in commercial leadership roles within financial services, technology, or B2B subscription businesses, with responsibility for sales enablement, sales management, or talent development.

  • Leadership: Proven track record in leading early-career or development programs; ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of growth and accountability.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of sales motions, pipeline management, and revenue growth levers.

  • Global Mindset: Experience working across regions or in matrixed organizations; ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Analytical: Data-driven decision-making with experience using CRM and sales performance analytics tools.
